What type of shipping do we offer?

We offer standard ground and express shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Holidays are not included in estimated delivery times.

Can I upgrade shipping once order is placed?

Unfortunately we can not chage shipping methods once and order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you.

My details are incorrect on the order summary. Can I change them at this time?

Yes. If you find any mistakes on your order form please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will be happy to assist you.

I will not be home when package is delivered. What will hapen?

If the package does not require a signature ( $250.00 and up), it will be left at the sipping address. If you still have concerns for package, we suggest using an alternate address.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Click on the link to track package. 

Please allow up to 2 days after placing order to receive shipping confirmation email.
